This privacy notice (hereinafter referred to as "Notice") contains all the information related to the processing of personal data provided during online registration on the website https://cooltix.hu/event/6593022ab77c1455edf2c38e for the event called V. THE FASHION SHOW l POP UP STORE l VIP PARTY, organized by Zsanita-FD Limited Liability Company (Registered Office: 3980 Sátoraljaújhely, Ipartelep u. 29.), held from February 8-11, 2024 (hereinafter referred to as "Event"). The purpose of this Notice is to ensure that you are fully aware of the purpose and conditions of data processing, the related risks and safeguards, and the rights you are entitled to before you provide your personal data and consent.
As a visitor to the event (hereinafter referred to as "Data Subject"), you accept the terms outlined in this privacy notice and consent to the processing of your personal data by registering for the event. Registration is voluntary, so please consider the information provided in this Notice before submitting your personal data.
Our companies will store the personal data you provide on systems operated by the Data Controllers. Due to joint data processing and the nature of the Event, several Data Controllers are identified. We inform you that the data provided during registration will be managed by Zsanita-FD Kft. and the additional Data Controller partner who invited you to the event.
The purpose of this privacy notice is to inform the Data Subjects about how the Data Controller uses the personal data collected during the organization of the V. THE FASHION SHOW l POP UP STORE l VIP PARTY, which the Data Subject provides with their consent. It also informs Data Subjects of their rights regarding data processing. The data processing is based solely on the data voluntarily provided by the Data Subjects during registration and their prior consent. Participation in the event is conditional upon the provision of personal data during registration.
