A creative journey from childhood dreams to a standout debut collection, Angelica Kotowska embraces femininity in all its forms.
Emerging into the fashion scene with a fresh perspective, A.Cotté is the creative endeavor of Angelica Kotowska, a fashion design graduate from the International School of Costume and Fashion Design (MSKPU). Though the brand is just beginning its journey, it makes a striking debut with “HER,” a diploma collection that celebrates sustainability and the multifaceted nature of femininity.
For Angelica, fashion has always been a part of life. Growing up in her mother’s boutique, she developed an early connection to style and design. “Even as a child, I was surrounded by hangers, mannequins, and the rhythm of fashion,” she recalls. This immersive upbringing laid the foundation for her creative vision and her passion for empowering women through clothing.
“HER,” the first collection under A.Cotté, embodies Angelica’s admiration for women. “Designed by a woman in awe of all women,” it tells stories of strength and beauty in diverse settings — from the intimacy of home to the rigor of work and the grandeur of theatre. Crafted from materials like velvet, denim, Oeko-Tex-certified textiles, European Flax linen, and Piñatex, the collection pairs luxury with environmental mindfulness. Upcycled gold buckles add a distinctive, sustainable detail, underscoring the brand's ethos of responsibility.
While A.Cotté is currently centered around “HER,” Angelica brings a wealth of experience to her fledgling brand. Her background includes working backstage at Maciej Zień’s celebrated shows, such as “Black & White Symphony” (2023) and “Bloom” (2022), where she gained valuable insights into the world of high fashion. Additionally, her studies in Journalism and New Media at Collegium Civitas equip her to craft not only garments but also a compelling narrative for her work.
Through A.Cotté, Angelica Kotowska is inviting the world to embrace a vision of modern femininity that is strong, sustainable, and unapologetically diverse. With “HER” as its foundation, this emerging brand is set to make its mark on the landscape of conscious fashion.
